Refund Policy

If a service fails to deliver as described, your account is automatically refunded to balance — no ticket needed.

Eligible for refund

  • Order marked as cancelled or failed by the system.
  • Partial delivery — the unfilled portion is refunded automatically.
  • Service unavailable for over 72 hours after order placement.

Not eligible

  • Wrong link submitted by the user.
  • Account set to private after order placement.
  • Post deleted by the user mid-delivery.

Balance refunds are immediate. Cash refunds (to original payment method) require a support ticket and may take 5–10 business days.
